About Le Cafe
Cold brew coffee is made by steeping coarsely ground beans in room temperature water for at least 12 hours. Because this method uses time rather than heat to extract the full flavour, the end result is less acidic and less bitter than normal iced coffee. Which of course makes it way more delicious! Le Café Cold Brew comes in Mocha, Latte, Frappe and Espresso varieties.
